GENREG

GenReg is a range of simple silicon transistor-based Generator Regulators for 24VDC to 140VDC use.  Self-exciting or battery-energized, with field currents up to 10 amps and PWM control via dedicated micro-circuitry.

Typical applications include locomotive DC generator field excitation and control, and control of MG set generator output. Available with optional over-voltage shutdown protection

GenReg products have been manufactured by Otari since 1981.
